Turtle Beach @ CES – New WiFi Headsets Announced

While light on the Mac side of things, Turtle Beach has long been known in the Windows world as a purveyor of high quality digital audio gear for decades now. Not to be left out of the profitable (and often star branded) headphone space, Turtle Beach announced two new WiFi Dolby enabled gaming headsets at CES today.

The XP400 and XP300 feature 2.4/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi technology that avoids the crowded wavelengths of most wireless home devices to virtually eliminate all wireless interference while gaming. The XP400 features the dual pairing Bluetooth technology allowing for true wireless chat for Xbox 360 owners, and both the XP300 and XP400 feature rechargeable batteries, adjustable EQ settings and more.

Detailed specs and pricing after the jump.
